Therapy Cost & Insurance
I want cost to be as transparent and accessible as possible, so here's what to expect.

Insurance: Colorado Only
I currently accept Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, Optum/UHC, and select EAP programs in Colorado.
Before our first session, I verify your eligibility and confirm your co-pay so there are no surprises.
If your Colorado insurance isn't listed, self-pay with monthly superbills is also an option.

Self Pay: For 40+ States
A standard 50-minute session is $200. This applies if you live outside Colorado, prefer to pay out of pocket, or if I'm out-of-network with your insurance.
Monthly superbills can be provided for potential reimbursement.
A limited number of sliding scale spots for those who need to self-pay but can't afford my full rate. I don't want finances to be a barrier to getting support.
