About
I’m Ivori Zvorsky, Ph.D., PMH-C, a licensed clinical psychologist and certified perinatal mental health specialist offering online therapy in 40+ states.
I help people navigate the emotional complexity of the reproductive journey, from conception through parenthood and everything in between. That includes fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, termination, birth trauma, postpartum anxiety and depression, relationship strain, and the quieter challenges that don't always have a name.
I'd love to learn more about what brings you here.
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation and let's see if we're a good fit.
Therapeutic Style
I'm warm, direct, and grounded in what actually works. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT, I'll meet you where you are, whether that's anxiety during pregnancy, postpartum depression, fertility struggles, or grief after loss. Our sessions are real conversations. You can say the hard stuff out loud and walk away with practical tools to help you move through it.
Working together might look like:
Getting support and validation
Learning tools to manage tough moments
Challenging unhelpful thought patterns and old stories about yourself
Having a space to say the “unmentionables” of being a parent (this sucks, why is this so hard?, I’m failing)
Having a space to say the “unmentionables” of thinking about parenthood (what if I don’t want to do this?, what if I can’t do this?)
Reconnecting with who you are beyond the role of parent
